A real person on our Pittsburgh team reads every message. We usually reply the same business day. You will get an emailed receipt as soon as this goes through, so you are never left wondering whether it arrived.
Visit hours.
Video visits are available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern. You'll pick a time that suits you when you book, and most people are seen within 24 to 48 hours. Clinicians on everydaymd are licensed in all 50 states; hours are Eastern time, so if you're out west, the last appointments of the day fall around midday.
Messaging us? Here's what helps.
A short message is a good message. Include:
- Your full name
- A phone number where we can reach you
- The email address or phone number you booked with
- Your EMD reference code from your booking confirmation, if you have one
- What you need, in a sentence or two

Records requests.
Your records are yours. Send us a message with your name and what you'd like: a visit summary, your full record, or a copy sent to another clinician. We'll verify your identity before releasing anything; that's a protection, not a hurdle. Your rights are spelled out in our HIPAA Notice.
Billing questions.
Payments are processed by Stripe, so everydaymd never sees your card number. If something on your statement looks off, email hello@everydaymd.health with the date and amount of the charge and we'll trace it and make it right. Pricing is flat and public ($149 per visit or $99 a month), so anything that doesn't match is worth a question.
